Truth be told, this Coconut Suave stuff is my everyday, old-reliable conditioner. I have a lot of long, super-fine hair (for reference, a ponytail of all of my hair has a diameter of about 3/4”), and this conditioner makes it shiny, soft, and free of static without weighing it down. It also smells pretty believably of coconuts, and the bottle— which lasts me almost a year— is about $1.50 here in Canada. The scent lingers a bit, but not by any means overwhelmingly. It has helped take the guesswork out of buying conditioners for me, which was at one point becoming a pricey venture. I’m sure it’s not a great choice for those with super-dry or otherwise “high-needs” hair, though.
